Welcome to Dynamis Football Coaching. By booking sessions with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a clear understanding of our policies.

Elevating Your Game

  1. Payment Deadline: Full payment for all sessions must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the session. Failure to pay may result in the session being canceled.

  2.  Deposit for 1-2-1 Sessions: A £5 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your 1-2-1 session. This deposit is non-refundable unless the session is canceled by Dynamis.

  3. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full session fee will still be charged.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  1. Cancellations by Dynamis: In the rare event that Dynamis needs to cancel a session, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund for the session.

  2. Weather Impact: Sessions may be affected by adverse weather conditions. If the session needs to be moved to an Astro pitch, a £5 contribution may be requested to cover the additional cost.

General Policies

  1. Punctuality: Please ensure that you arrive promptly for your session. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times, regardless of late arrivals.

  2. Player Safety: Dynamis Football Coaching prioritizes player safety and reserves the right to cancel or modify sessions if conditions are deemed unsafe.

  3. Code of Conduct: Players and parents/guardians are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services without a refund.

Liability

  1. Dynamis Football Coaching is not liable for injuries sustained during sessions. All players participate at their own risk. We recommend ensuring appropriate insurance is in place if required.

  2. Dynamis is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during sessions.
